1. Appointment booking

Appointments are made exclusively online via the dedicated booking platform accessiblethrough the website.

2. Fees and payment

Consultations can be paid online at the time of booking or on the day of the session,depending on the available options.Any booked session is due.

3. Cancellation and modification

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or non-attendance, the session remains due.

If the session has been paid in advance:
it may only be refunded upon presentation of a valid justification (medical certificate,death, or exceptional circumstances)
without justification, no refund will be issued

If the session has not been paid:
it remains due
no further appointments can be scheduled until the outstanding session is settled

4. Rescheduling

An appointment can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, whether for in-person oronline sessions.

5. Delay

In case of delay, the session may be shortened in order to respect the following appointments.
The full fee still applies.

6. Scope of consultations

Consultations are psychological in nature and do not replace medical or psychiatric carewhen needed.

7. Confidentiality

All exchanges during sessions are strictly confidential, in accordance with the ethical code ofpsychologists.

8. Personal data

Personal data collected during the booking process are handled through a platform compliantwith data protection regulations (GDPR). Details are specified directly on the platform.

9. Acceptance

Booking an appointment implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
