How does the first session work?

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. It usually involves an initialassessment (anamnesis), where we explore your history, your current situation and yourconcerns.For children, the presence of a legal guardian is required during the first session. This allowsfor a better understanding of the child’s environment and difficulties, and helps defineappropriate therapeutic goals.For adults, this first meeting is a space to clarify your expectations, your needs, and to beginreflecting together on possible areas of work.

How does the follow-up work?

Follow-up sessions are regular and adapted to your needs. They provide a consistent andsupportive space to work through difficulties over time.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour.

Are consultations available online?

Yes, consultations are available both in person and online.For online sessions, it is important to ensure confidentiality, especially for children. The childshould be alone in a quiet space, with a functioning microphone and camera.

Can someone else be present during the session?

Sessions are individual and confidential. No third person should be present, except in thecontext of family therapy or when I specifically request a parent’s presence.

How do online payments work?

For online consultations, payment must be made before the session.The connection link will be sent once the payment has been received.
